The Wyoming City Council voted to approve the regular meeting minutes of July 1, 2025, after a motion by member Schilling and a second by member Anstead. The council also approved the special meeting minutes of June 30, 2025, following a motion by member Lugar and a second by member Schilling.
The council adopted the consent agenda (items 4–7) with a single motion and voice vote after no items were pulled for separate discussion.
On new business, staff recommended that the council continue discussion regarding city facilities and infrastructure in a closed session. The presiding official said council reports would be completed, a short recess taken, and the council would reconvene in closed session to continue that agenda item.
No substantive votes on facilities or infrastructure were taken in open session at this meeting.
