Wildwood Crest governing body approves series of resolutions, sets second reading for salary ordinance

The borough authorized professional services contracts for Concord Engineering (construction management and engineering for a Crest Pier rooftop air‑handling replacement not to exceed $10,160) and Scott Taylor of Taylor Design Group, Inc. (final design drawings for the New Jersey Avenue streetscape, not to exceed $123,775). The governing body also authorized expenditure for tasers and software for the police department under state contract totaling $39,295.90 over five years.
Several budgetary and project updates were advanced by resolution: amendments to the 2024 municipal budget to account for additional funding from the New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zone Authority and acceptance of multiple departmental reports and meeting minutes. Roll calls recorded unanimous "yes" votes on the listed routine items.
