The Altoona City Council voted unanimously among members present to approve the preliminary and final plats for Altoona NE Industrial Plat 1 and to pass a broad consent agenda covering construction change orders, payment applications and new residential collection rates.
Councilmember Scott Duer requested approval of the agenda and the council then approved the minutes from the June 17 and June 24 meetings. On the consent agenda, the council approved Change Order #2 for Alliance Construction related to the 8th Street widening project for $16,747.50 and Pay Application #7 for Alliance Construction for $177,323.55.
