Commission authorizes easements to acquire Structure 42142058 after flood damage

Naram said the county expects no cost to either the county or the township for the easement work.
Commissioners asked staff clarifying questions about cost and responsibilities; staff responded there is no expected cost to the county or the township for the acquisition process. The board approved authorization for the chair to sign the necessary documents by roll call.
