The Franklin Township Zoning Board voted to approve its Oct. 16, 2025 meeting minutes and adopted a 2026 board of adjustment calendar at the Dec. 4 meeting.
Board staff said they checked holidays and religious observances and found no conflicts that would require changing the scheduled Wednesday/Thursday meeting dates. The clerk announced that no further public notification would be needed for items carried to Feb. 5, 2026, when the board will next hear the continued application for 339 Elizabeth Avenue.
The motions were carried during the meeting’s opening business; no roll-call vote with individual names was read into the record for each action beyond the recorded 'Aye' responses and the chair’s announcement that the motions passed.
