Board votes unanimously to enter executive session on personnel complaints and property sale

A board member moved that the board enter executive session "to talk about considering investigational charges or complaints against a public employee official, license, or student" and "to consider the sale of property at competitive bidding." The motion was seconded and the board approved the executive session unanimously during roll call.
"Do I have a motion to go into executive session?" the member asked, and another member responded, "So moved." A second was recorded and the chair initiated roll call. The names called in roll call were Mister Frasier; Doctor Hopkins; Mister Davidson; Doctor Kocas; Miss Matthews; and Miss Mancuso. Each named member responded "Yes," and the board approved the motion to enter executive session.
A board member noted an administrative point before the session began: the board does not expect any business upon return and the meeting will be adjourned. Those comments were made on the record before the public meeting was closed and the board moved into the closed executive session.
