Board approves consent agenda, extracurricular appointments and accepts resignation

During routine business the Oakfield-Alabama Central School District board approved a slate of consent items and took several personnel actions.

The board moved and approved the minutes of March 17, 2026, approved warrants after an audit of bills, and accepted the treasurer's report for February 2026. The consent agenda (items 8.2–8.18) was approved by motion; discussion within that item included a proposed donation from a local data center (equipment including exercise bikes and other supplies) and whether donations could be used to support the general fund or should be designated to specific programs.

Out-of-personnel items (11.2–11.5) were approved, and the board approved spring-sports coaching appointments (item 11.6) and final extracurricular appointments for the 2025–26 school year; several of those approvals were retroactive.
