On the claims, Beesley again moved to approve; Board Member Rondy G. Black seconded. The minutes list the voting names as Councilman Jakob Howcroft, Councilman Rondy Black and Councilman Lynn Beesley.
Board Member Russell G. Keisel later moved to adjourn at 6:21 p.m.; Board Member Rondy G. Black seconded and the motion carried. No further formal actions or ordinance/adoption votes were taken at the meeting.
