Council told zoning change would let eSchool add four residential units; legislation to follow

"It's the eSchool property. We've already approved the zoning change for a portion of that... it allows them to put 4 more residential units on that," the staff member said, and added that if the council has no further discussion, staff will prepare legislation to accept the recommendation at the next meeting.
Council did not debate the substance of the change during the meeting; staff indicated the item will appear as legislation at a future meeting for formal action.
