County Administrator Kindell Anderson and Kyser Timberlands’ manager Jerry C. Kyser are the signatories on the document included in the meeting packet. The written lease spells out detailed responsibilities: Lessor is responsible for the roof and exterior structural repairs, while the Lessee (Montgomery County) is responsible for most interior upkeep, regular HVAC service, janitorial services, and maintaining required insurance.
