Custer County accepts asphalt bids, approves change orders and armor-coating contract; bond options discussed

Austin Partridge with Northland discussed options for issuing a bond to fund paving projects and answered board questions; he said he would follow up after bids were opened. The board also approved an application from Viaero Fiber Networks LLC for underground conduit and fiber near the Custer County Fairgrounds, and approved several other highway-related procurements recorded in the minutes.
