The City of Altoona on June 17 reapproved the preliminary plat for the Stonebridge development after the original 2020 approval had expired.
Community Development Director John Shaw said the request came from Cramer and Associates; the council reapproved the plat by roll call vote (5‑0). The reapproval restores the applicant’s ability to advance engineering, final platting and permitting under Altoona’s subdivision rules.
No public comments or conditions were recorded in the meeting minutes on the reapproval.
