The council carried out the required ordinance readings (first reading, then second and third reading, and publishing) and recorded unanimous approval on each recorded roll call (5‑0).
The ordinance changes will update the city’s official zoning map and clear the way for Sunstone Investments to proceed with detailed site plans and permitting under Altoona’s commercial development standards. No amendments or conditions were recorded at the meeting.
