Finance staff corrects appropriation coding; $28,220 moved to proper 30th Street resurfacing project

At the start of the meeting the finance presenter reported a routine correction to appropriation ordinance 55 20 25. The presenter said one organizational code in fund 54 13 had a negative balance related to either the administration building modification or the West Side interceptor rehab, and that adjusting the code would bring the account into balance.
The presenter also said capital had been budgeted to the wrong org code for a 30th Street resurfacing project. "So we're just moving that amount. It's just $28,220 from the incorrect org code to the correct org," the finance presenter said. The chair closed the finance item with no further questions and concluded the finance report for June.
