Nick Handel, a resident of 218 Adams Street, addressed the commission in support of the application. Commissioners and staff discussed missing plan elements; Commissioner Sabino requested an additional stipulation requiring a fully detailed and dimensioned site plan be submitted with the final submittal, and asked whether elevation detail and roof/fascia information should be included. The applicant agreed to provide the requested materials.
A motion to approve the request with staff stipulations 1–3 plus the added requirement for a detailed site plan carried on roll call. Staff will confirm the additional elevations and dimensions are provided as part of the final documentation prior to certificate issuance.
