Steven Lang was identified as the staff point person for committee coordination. The council encouraged residents and interested parties to contact Lang if they want to participate in the stakeholder process.
The action leaves the ordinance adopted on the record while deferring its operational rollout. Council members said they expect the stakeholder committee to return recommended edits or implementation steps before the March 1 effective/activation target.
