Another participant said she had forwarded Delgados email to the board office about a week earlier and would "touch base with the office tomorrow" to try to get the reports posted; Delgado said she had asked the district manager to email the reports and alleged he had refused to do so.
The committee acknowledged the concern and a member said they would follow up with staff to try to make the reports available. The public comment did not result in a decision recorded during the nominating committee meeting; the resident's request is pending staff follow-up to upload or otherwise provide the missing treasury materials.
