Board Member Jack Lytle moved to approve the March 31, 2026 meeting minutes; Board Member Randy Asay seconded. The motion carried with Board Members Matt Tippets, Jack Lytle and Randy Asay voting yes.
Board Member Randy Asay moved to acknowledge receipt of the MBA Cash Summary dated April 2, 2026 and the MBA Accounts Receivable Report; Board Member Jack Lytle seconded. The board voted unanimously to acknowledge the reports.
Board Member Lytle then moved to approve the MBA Open Invoice Register dated April 3, 2026 in the amount of $540,549.32; Board Member Asay seconded. The three board members voted to approve the register. The board also approved the MBA Disbursement Summary covering March 25, 2026 to April 3, 2026 in the amount of $5,314.97 on a motion by Lytle, seconded by Asay.
