"We keep having to kind of extend the deadline as we are extending the cleanup," he said during the explanation of the amendment. The motion to approve the sixth amendment was moved and seconded and passed on roll call with all members voting in favor.
No new development schedule or financial details for the cleanup were provided during the meeting. The amendment allows the developer additional time to complete required remediation before further development proceeds.
