Santa Ana Public Library reports 7,586 visits at Lunar New Year festival, debuts Knowledge Mobile XL

Durian Sternberg, Santa Ana Public Library services director, told the Youth Commission on Feb. 23 that the library’s Tet/Lunar New Year festival on Feb. 7 drew substantial community participation. “We served a total by our count of 7,586 community members,” Sternberg said, adding that youth, young-adult and adult services together served 2,869 attendees and that book giveaways drew “more than 4,200” participants.
