Trustees of the South Noble Lake Drainage District unanimously approved routine business at a Dec. 23, 2025 meeting in Council Bluffs. The record, prepared by Pottawattamie County Auditor and Election Commissioner Mary Ann Hanusa, shows the board opened the meeting, approved prior minutes from Nov. 12, 2025 and carried a payment.
The trustees — Brian Shea, Susan Miller, Jeff Jorgensen and Tim Wichman — approved a $526.00 professional services payment to Bolton & Menk. The motion to approve the payment was moved by Trustee Jeff Jorgensen and seconded by Trustee Tim Wichman and recorded as a unanimous vote. The trustees also unanimously approved the Nov. 12 minutes after a motion from Trustee Susan Miller and a second from Trustee Jeff Jorgensen.
After completing the listed business, the trustees voted to close the meeting. No public testimony, dissenting votes or amendments to the recorded motions appear in the minutes.
