A board member with an HR background offered to help write a job description for the proposed committee.
Members also discussed coordination with city staff (Swanky) and whether committee work would duplicate council efforts; the group agreed to draft clearer boundaries and responsibilities and bring the item back next month. A motion to table the item passed unanimously.
