After the votes, Chair de Rojas thanked colleagues and staff and said she would “do my very best to make you proud.” The board approved organizational housekeeping items including authorization of board‑officer signatures and the schedule of board meetings for 2026.
The actions took place in the organization portion of the Nov. 19 meeting; the board recessed and later reconvened for the regular agenda and public hearing.
