The plat covers parts of Sections 6, 7 and 9 (Township 15 North, Range 6–7 West); Nicholas Weber was present in support but did not speak during the meeting. Committee members noted the plan commission had approved the plat the previous day, and Council member Padeschi moved adoption; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
The administrative approval moves the project forward toward final plat stages and any required infrastructure or permitting reviews at the county or municipal level.
