The clerk told the council there were no written protests and that the official ballot review showed votes in favor and that the propositions on the ballot passed.
City Attorney Durand summarized the closed-session background for the item and the clerk read the resolutions and election findings into the record before the council voted. Mayor Leon called for and accepted a motion, which passed on an electronic roll call. The clerk then announced the results and directed recording of the special‑tax lien as provided in the adopted resolution.
The council also introduced an ordinance to levy the special tax within CFD No. 69 and directed the clerk to record the election results and related notices consistent with the resolutions the council approved.
The council concluded the CFD proceedings and moved on to the next agenda item.
