Commissioners discussed whether Highlands should draft its own resolution in response to a proposed resolution from the town of Franklin seeking reinstatement of municipal voting members on the county planning board. The board agreed to appoint a liaison (Commissioner Patterson was named by consensus) and to continue monitoring the process and soliciting public input at upcoming meetings.
