Commission approves CCRs and final plat for Wildflower Estates, 39.7-acre southeast Lewis Lane site

The Lucas Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously approved covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCRs) and the final plat for Wildflower Estates, a 39.7-acre development at the southeast corner of Lewis Lane and Shepherd's Creek.
Staff told the commission the CCRs had been reviewed and approved by the city attorney and recommended approval. The applicant (Land Plan Rogers LP, represented by Doug Mossell) previously received approval of the preliminary plat and the final plat and CCRs were presented for final action; staff confirmed the final plat conforms with the approved preliminary plat.
The motions to approve the CCRs and the final plat were each seconded and passed 5-0. Staff indicated there were no outstanding issues and that standard permitting and construction processes would follow.
