"Our board recommended $50 or 50,000 for expenditures there," S2 said, explaining the change was intended to avoid duplicative approvals for budgeted items.

After convening an executive session under code 551.087 for economic development negotiation, the council returned and approved a performance agreement by motion between the Development Corporation of Snyder and Project Draft Group; the motion was recorded and approved by voice vote.
