City maintenance provided updates at the Nov. 11 meetings on public‑works and utility operations.
Mark Kruse reported that new street signs are installed, the sand box and blade are staged on the plow truck for winter, tires were rotated, and winter sidewalk-closed signs were deployed. He also said the plow truck needs a new muffler.
At the utility meeting, Kruse said the lift station would be pumped by Pickett's on or around Nov. 18 and that staff needs to start the heater in the pump house. He said staff should contact Rock Road and John Maxwell about money still owed to the city for a sewer cleanout, final camera work on the project, and associated water‑usage charges.
The minutes record these as maintenance updates; no formal motions tied these items to capital purchases or contracts in the minutes.
