Staff (Speaker 5) reported that items the commission forwarded to city council on April 14 were approved. Staff listed several of those items, including the Madewell planned development, three city-initiated rezonings, a rezoning off Colson, an Oak Street item, a text amendment and a right-of-way abandonment — eight cases in total, according to staff.
The commission had no additional future-agenda items and adjourned at about 12:14 p.m.
