The council unanimously approved change order No. 1 with Lone Star Recreation adding $361,591.96 in features for Travis Prime Midtown Park. Frank Clark, business liaison for special projects, told the council the addition “is for a cost of $361,591 which adds a train caboose climber to the original train” and expanded shade, seating, bike racks and grills.
