Michaela Dickenson, a staff planner, presented a rezoning for 808 Oak Street (case RZ25-05808) to change the property from Commercial District C-3 to Residential District RD-5 to allow a new single-family dwelling. The property is narrow (about 50 ft wide and 200 ft deep), and staff said rezoning to RD-5 is appropriate because the surrounding area is already developed with residential uses.
