Council also approved beginning the hiring process for a public works equipment operator and added the Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave policy to the city personnel policy.
The council considered a resolution (25-12-97) authorizing purchases from Border States Trophy for goods referenced in check #45525 totaling $160.00 and noted on the record that Council member Tim Riopel is personally financially interested in that contract.
