Summary

At its Jan. 13 meeting the Bee Cave City Council took the following recorded actions; all motions passed unanimously unless otherwise noted:
- Consent agenda (minutes of 12/09/2025; hotel occupancy tax funding for tourism and website updates): approved by motion.
- Approved an interlocal agreement (ILA) with Marble Falls for dispatch services (Item 14c); staff described the change as reducing annual recurring dispatch costs to about $330,000 with approximately $540,000 in conversion costs.
- Tabled a public hearing and action on an amendment for the Village of Spanish Oaks planned development district to the Feb. 10 meeting at the applicant's request (Item 7).
- Adopted Resolution No. 2026-04 to provide BKF development corporation funds for Magnolia Musical Theatre's 2026 season (Item 9), $240,000 requested; staff and presenters will return with post-production economic data.
- Adopted a corrective ordinance (Ordinance No. 596) to fix field-note direction errors in a prior ordinance (Item 8).
- Approved two resolutions related to a Campo pedestrian-bridge planning request (Resolutions 2026-01 and 2026-02) to commit to the project and authorize execution of an advanced funding agreement with TxDOT/Campo for planning and design; estimated Campo ask approximately $620,000 with a 10% local match covered by developer funds (Items 11-12).
- Reappointed and appointed members to the Zoning Board of Adjustment by resolution (Item 13); council returned from executive session and acted on appointments.
