The Bee Cave Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a replat of Ladera Ridge Lot 1B on Dec. 16 that divides the recorded 5.8407‑acre lot into three parcels to accommodate previously approved specific use permits for fast‑food and pickup windows.
Senior planner Sean presented the staff report, describing the replat as a division of the existing Lot 1B (5.8407 acres) into three lots: Lot 1B‑1 (about 0.90 acres), Lot 1B‑2 (about 1.169 acres) and Lot 1B‑3 (about 3.772 acres). Staff said the replat includes the release of two electric and telecommunication easements and the creation of a public access easement; final public access specifications will be determined at site‑plan review.
Commissioner Wright moved to recommend approval; Commissioner Vickery seconded. The motion passed by unanimous voice vote.
