Planning staff described the proposal and recommended approval with eight stipulations. "The property is 15.36 acres in size, and the proposal is for a 171,000 square foot industrial office warehouse building," Heather Boddern, planning staff, told the commission, and noted that the wetland and an outlot would be deeded to the city and left undisturbed.
