Falmouth Select Board to revisit ICE enforcement statement and restrict ICE use of town property

Moscally said members Reed/Reid, Jack Richardson and Vice Chair Goldstone were asked to prepare the draft language. He also said the board requested town council draft a policy that would limit ICE operations on town‑owned property — a step the board said several other Massachusetts communities have already taken.
Renshaw added the Select Board directed staff to reconvene the planning committee that led earlier community conversations, noting continued community concern and the popularity of earlier discussions such as an active bystander training topic.
