Quarter‑one school safety report shows zero inspections in Office of Safe Schools data

The district’s school safety specialist presented quarter‑one compliance data at the Dec. 17 workshop, reporting the figures the Office of Safe Schools provided as of Nov. 18.
"At that time, the number of schools inspected or reinspected were 0," the specialist said, adding that the percentage of schools inspected or reinspected and the percentage with no school safety requirement deficiencies were likewise reported as 0 for Q1. He said the district will present the quarter‑two numbers when they are available.
Board members asked no substantive questions during the brief presentation and thanked the specialist for the update.
