Councilor Doug Larzelier moved to adopt the Final City Council Order on the 36280 7th Street Conditional Use Appeal; Council President Hilary Howell seconded. The motion passed 4–0.
The adopted order replaces the prior tentative language with the refined condition recommended by the City Attorney and is now part of the official record. No additional appeal action or vote was recorded during this meeting.
