Committee members flagged confusion because the GBC document on the agenda still showed an original issue date of October 2016 while GCB displayed a September 2025 revision date.
Committee discussion focused on ensuring both policy texts and displayed revision dates consistently reference the new law and the updated contract language. Hannah noted GBC is a more general policy that covers support staff broadly and does not yet contain the new statutory language, but the committee can add a reference and update the revision date if members prefer.
