During consideration of claims, Councilman Balta stated: "I know that we approve payment for claims 181753 through 181853 in the amount of $4,092,624." A subsequent exchange in the meeting transcript included a numeric clarification that was not fully resolved on the record; the presiding official announced the claims motion passed with one abstention noted.
