Robert Cramer of Cramer and Associates, who participated online, told the council that the Planning & Zoning commission had approved 60‑foot lots in its recommendation. After hearing that comment, Councilmember Boka moved to deny the amendment; the motion passed on a roll call vote recorded 5–0.
The decision preserves the council’s existing plan for the Stonebridge area; no additional motions or staff directions were recorded following the vote. The council’s action closes the matter unless a party requests reconsideration or files a new application.
