The notice lists the post-construction capacity as 1,280 animal units and—in the application text included in the notice—states counts of 2,432 head of gestating sows and 768 head of farrowing sows and litter.
The application is available for public inspection at the County Auditor's Office from June 24 through July 7, 2025, during business hours (8 a.m.–4 p.m.). Written comments may be filed with the County Auditor's Office until 4 p.m. on July 7, 2025. The board recorded the notice but did not take action on the permit application at the meeting.
