Superintendent Mark McQueen called the meeting to order at 3:02 PM. The board approved an amended agenda and then voted to install the new leadership. The board also set regular meeting times to begin at 3:00 PM for the coming schedule year.
On governance and contracts the board approved an attorney contract with Hand, Arendall, Harrison, Sale and adopted a bank resolution to change authorized signatures. The board appointed Christopher Moore as the district’s representative to the Tri‑County Community Council, Inc.
Several routine and facilities items passed by majority votes of members present.
