Staff told the board the move will require training and will affect HR workflows and exit-interview information, but that the classroom-level impact should be minimal. The district indicated it will monitor reporting needs and can add custom reports or processes in the new system as requirements are identified.
Board members asked about the nature of the reporting enhancements and whether new analytics would change what is collected; staff said the same information will be collected initially but additional reporting and data elements can be added over time to inform management decisions.
The board did not take action; staff said it will return with contract-review details and training plans as migration work proceeds.
