ALLENDALE, Mich. — The Allendale Charter Township Board of Trustees on April 13 approved a series of administrative and infrastructure measures, including a $3,379,157.40 contract for the Pierce Street Phase II improvements, new water rates and a newly negotiated union contract.
The board voted to award the Pierce Street Phase II bid to Dean’s Landscape & Excavating, Inc., authorizing township officials to execute contracts at a cost not to exceed $3,379,157.40 (BOT 26-060). The motion was moved and supported on the floor and carried. The approved contract is the largest expenditure on the night’s agenda.
