Deuel County approves rezoning of 71 acres from agricultural to commercial/industrial

Commissioners discussed conditions the county wants imposed during the conditional use permit (CUP) process.
Commissioner Scott Fieber moved and Commissioner Harry Mewherter seconded approval of B2022-01-09A. The role-call vote was Homan — aye; Mewherter — aye; Fieber — nay; Rhody — nay; Grabow — aye. The motion carried.
