Chairman Brooke Wooten called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. On a motion by board member Matt Terry, seconded by Vice Chairman Ruby Knox, the board approved an amended agenda that added pages 2-2L, 2.01, 6.01A, 6.01B and 7.01 and removed page 6.
