- Shipley licensing agreement: Council authorized a license allowing use of the northern 30 feet of a 60-foot right of way east of 2515 Orr Road for a private driveway, conditioned on irrigated evergreen screening (2-gallon shrubs every 5 feet) maintained and replaced according to the agreement and requiring driveway construction to meet city standards.
- Public Works storage building: Authorized contract negotiation and execution with Jones Brothers Construction not to exceed $771,099 and amended the project budget to $888,630 (including cameras and contingency).
- Osage Lane Sewer Lift Station: Appropriated $702,985 from unrestricted water fund reserves, awarded the construction contract to Triad Services Group LLC for $828,760, encumbered a 10% contingency ($82,876), and authorized negotiation of a $109,150 reimbursement from the developer for fence costs.
- Collin County Central Appraisal District: Council approved Resolution R2025-11-05577 and cast all seven of the city’s votes for Brian Dale to the Appraisal District Board of Directors.
