Under the action agenda (9.01) the board considered a revision to the food service assistant manager job description. Ms. Dasher moved approval, Dr. Sharp seconded, and the board voted unanimously in favor; the chair announced "9.01 passes." The consent agenda was then moved by Ms. Cornell, seconded by Dr. Sharp, and likewise approved with no public comment.
All three actions were procedural and taken without extended discussion or public input. The meeting then moved to the superintendent's update and other routine items before adjourning at 5:18 p.m.
